1) It’s all about relationships – When you build relationships with various organizations and companies, you keep the online conversation flowing thereby allowing cross promotion to happen.
2) Millennials can make or break you – The largest generation right now are the millennials. They have the most buying power and should therefore be the target of your social media campaigns. Show them how your products can make their super hectic lives a lot easier.
3) Be original – You have to stand out if you want your product or service to be noticed. Be bold, take a stand on a particular controversial issue or make content that your audience will want to share.
